This week, Century 21-Hughes would like to introduce you to Denise Garabedian.  Denise was born and raised in Lynn, and is happily raising her three children here.  As a Realtor, Denise is a passionate and persistent professional who truly loves her craft.  She originally went into Real Estate because of her personal experience in the market.  In 1995, she bought her first home as a single parent, through the First-Time Homebuyers program.  She understood the value of homeownership, and knew that it would lead to a better life with more opportunities for her children.  She happily reports that it did pay off, and she now loves working with first-time buyers, and helping them through the process, which can be a difficult one.  She does have experience in loan origination and short sales as well, making her an even more valuable and knowledgeable asset to both Century 21 and her clients.  Denise has received national recognition for being a Century 21 Top Producing Agent, and has been named to the Century 21 Top Agents List.  She’s ranked as one of the top ten producers in her office.   Her main goal is clear and simple - helping buyers achieve their goals.
